How I can support you
Everyone deserves a sparring partner, a champion in their corner - Someone who stands by them, cheers for them and guides them to move forward. It is about having that ally who sees your potential, who encourages you to take that challenge and who is there to support the risks. That ally who helps you see the third door (or the 10th). To see the less obvious angles.
I'm here to be that person.
I've experienced over a decade of relentless obstacles and professional and personal growth. Starting with GetYourGuide when they were 40 people strong, I played a constant role in their evolution to a dynamic 850-member force. At 26, I spearheaded the Sydney office, and later, from Berlin, expanded our European sales teams from 5 to 12. I’ve managed up to 21 direct reports at once (not easy at all), and have worked across diverse functions from marketing to operations to the people team. But this wasn't a story of constant glory. As I navigated things, a relentless critical voice and self-doubt played a role in my life. Yet, this was also paired with an ambitious growth mindset where I was able to cultivate the skills to adapt on the fly, grow through challenges, and deeply understand leadership's nuances and people’s needs.
